A basic profile is free. It includes your business name, services, the areas you cover, a registration check and the enquiry form. The Standard plan at £29 a month plus VAT adds your prices, logo and description, displays customer reviews on your profile (coming soon) and places you above free listings. Plans run month to month and can be cancelled at any time. There are no lead fees on the free and monthly plans, and no commission on the work you win. Free listings cover one county. If you cover the whole UK, Nationwide Standard is £79 and Nationwide Featured is £199 a month plus VAT. See how we set our prices. If you'd rather not pay monthly, the optional Pay per enquiry plan gives you everything in Standard for £7 to £20 plus VAT per enquiry instead, depending on the service.

Yes. The Pay per enquiry plan has no monthly fee and includes everything in Standard. You pay a set price plus VAT for each customer enquiry sent to you: £7 for skip hire and van waste collections, £15 for utility surveys, vacuum excavation and soil testing, £20 for principal designers and CDM consultants, health and safety consultants, asbestos surveys and fire risk assessments, and £10 for all other services, including grab hire, muck-away, plant, forklifts, access platforms, cranes and labour. The price is set by the service the customer chooses on the form, and if one enquiry covers several services, it's charged once, at the highest price that applies: a skip and a grab lorry in the same enquiry is £10, not £7 plus £10. Charges are billed monthly in arrears, and your monthly report lists every one. If a customer sends one quote request to you and up to two other suppliers, it counts as one enquiry for you. If the same customer enquires again within 4 weeks, you're only charged once. Spam, test and clearly invalid enquiries aren't charged. It's the only plan that charges per enquiry, and you can switch to a monthly plan or Free at the end of any month.

After a customer enquires through your profile, we invite them to review their experience. Only customers who enquired through the site can leave a review, and paid plans display every genuine review. Reviews can't be removed or edited on request; we only remove those that break our review policy, for example because they're abusive or not about the service. Reviews are coming soon.

For waste collectors, we check your registration number against the official public register for where you are based: the Environment Agency in England, Natural Resources Wales, SEPA in Scotland or NIEA in Northern Ireland. We record the expiry date and ask you for the new details when you renew. The check is included with every listing, including free.

Customers search by postcode and send an enquiry through the form on your profile, which is passed to you with their contact details so you can reply directly. With a tracked phone number, they can also call you from your profile. You agree the price, dates and terms with them. Raybee Limited does not take bookings or payments.

No. We ask for your number so we can reach you, but it isn't published. Customers contact you through your profile, and you receive their details to reply. If you want customers to be able to phone you, the tracked phone number add-on gives you a local number that forwards calls to your own phone.

It's optional and available with any listing, including free. You pay £15 a month plus VAT for your own dedicated local number on your profile, taken on the day the number starts and then monthly in advance, and 6p per minute plus VAT for the enquiry calls it brings you, charged in whole minutes and billed monthly in arrears. A card or Direct Debit is needed before the number is set up. The number is free with Featured and Priority area, with no monthly fee; calls are charged at the same per-minute rate. You can cancel the number with 30 days' notice. Your monthly report lists every call and its length, so you can check what you're billed for. Call charges are based on our telecoms provider's rates and may increase if their rates increase, with at least 30 days' notice. The number is for use on your Raybee Limited profile only.

Featured puts you in the top group, with a Featured badge, in every area you cover, with up to 3 Featured suppliers per service in each postcode district. Priority area adds exclusive first place for your service in 5 postcode districts you choose, plus service icons on your listing and profile, and extra districts are £20 a month plus VAT each. Consultants, surveyors, online sellers and other suppliers who cover whole counties can choose council areas instead, at £29 to £199 each on top of Featured. Services delivered from a yard, such as skips, plant and welfare units, buy Priority by postcode district. Any part of the UK, set up the way you work. Tell us how far you travel from your base and we'll work out the postcode districts for you, choose counties or regions such as Essex or South Yorkshire, type in the postcode districts you deliver to, or choose nationwide if you cover the whole UK. We match your choice to council areas, so your profile appears when customers search for a site in those areas.
