We check waste carrier registrations against the official public register and re-check them every month, and we confirm your insurance. Is it really free to list my business?
Yes. A free listing shows your business, services, the areas you cover, the results of our checks and an enquiry form, with no monthly fee and no charge per enquiry. You only pay if you choose a paid plan.
How do customers contact me?
Through the enquiry form on your profile, or with a quote request they send to up to 3 suppliers at once. We pass you their details straight away, and you reply to them directly.
Do you take commission on jobs?
No. There are no lead fees on Free, Standard, Featured or Priority area, and we take no commission on work you win on any plan.
How many other suppliers get the same enquiry?
An enquiry through your profile is yours alone. A quote request goes to 3 suppliers at most, and each one is told how many suppliers received it.
What does Pay per enquiry cost?
There is no monthly fee. You pay £7 to £20 for each enquiry depending on the service, billed monthly. The same customer enquiring again within 4 weeks is charged once, and spam or test enquiries are not charged.
Do I need a waste carrier registration?
If you carry waste as part of your business, such as skip hire, grab hire or waste removal, you need to be registered as a waste carrier. In England you register with the Environment Agency. We check your registration before your profile goes live.
Can I cover the whole UK?
Yes. Nationwide Standard and Nationwide Featured show you in every search across the UK, which suits suppliers who deliver anywhere, such as workwear or consultancy.
How quickly will my listing go live?
Once we have checked your registration and business details, we set up and publish your profile. You don’t need to build anything yourself.
